Her Australian fans can finally get their hands on Kylie’s wine after they have secured a distributor there.

Great to see it getting into more and more markets which is a good sign there is belief in it.

It was always intended for the Australian release to be later than it was here, so it would be marketed in time for the summer months.

Kylie has now sold over half a million of her rosé - 70k of that was sold within its first week of sale in Australia.

 

While it’s easy to be sniffy about celebrity wines, you can’t argue with the numbers. Since launching the range on her birthday at the end of May, pop princess Kylie Minogue has shifted half a million bottles of her Vin de France rosé, which is now the top-selling rosé over £7 at Tesco.

 

The success of the wine seems to be translating overseas too – over 70,000 bottles of Minogue’s eponymous French rosé sold within a week of going on sale in her homeland of Australia, with De Bortoli looking after the distribution.

Thats serious sales for the wine in a week in Australia, hopefully it can keep been successful.

There is more money in wine than music so it looks.

Tesco may support Disco more due to the wine partnership.

Not sure whether to give the Merlot a go... I don't tend to like red wine.

I've opened the Merlot tonight, and I'm sorry to say I'm not a fan. :( Not a red wine fan in general, but this hasn't managed to convert me x

I finished this last week, and I really liked it! Preferred it over the Rosé.

I've opened the sauvignon blanc and I have to say this is an excellent wine! Really fruity, and doesn't have a bitter aftertaste! Bravo :wub:

 

I think I'll do my bit for the economy and stock up on it for over the Christmas period Do we have any update on sales?

The rosé wasn’t quite to my taste but I’ll give the white a try if it’s quite sweet!

They’ve launched some box sets and accessories for the Kylie wine range (Kylie is being relentless atm in coming for our money :lol: ).
