Where's Kings & Queens today? :)

Top 50

Could ÷ actually overtake No. 6 collab by Friday :o :o :o

NO

Matt Lucas dropped 12 spots in one day. Given his lack of streams is he 100% guaranteed to stay top 40 on Friday?

Fantastic!! I suppose it's heading for Top 40 with the new iTunes and Apple Music peaks

He'd only have to sell a few hundred more copies to have sold more than #40 last week, so I think it could happen but it's not guaranteed yet

Looks like Blinding Lights, Roses, Physical & Don't Start Now are all increasing in sales this week then.

Great to see Dua 4.5k ahead of #2 in the albums. Looking good for her unless another act has cassettes yet to be added.

MNEK is executive producing their album.

Omg good move on their part!

Wow, Queen at #6! :o They won't be able to make Top 5 but it would be the first time since 1982 if the album managed it. It will be the first time its been Top 10 since 1992.

For a minute I thought you were talking about Gaga or Dua or someone. That's the typical Buzzjack use of "Queen"

Sales are low but the album chart is actually interesting seeing so many old albums appear highly.

Also just seen Spain has suspended their chart saying it’s irrelevant.

I really hope the UK doesn’t do this! The chart is one of my only things I look forward too and it provides such an escape from what’s going on outside.

I really can't see this happening in the UK, sales are low but not quite that low and they should stay at this sort of level over the next few weeks or however long the lockdown continues for.

Report from MW -

The Official Charts Midweek Sales Flash is in, and Dua Lipa is odds-on to claim her first No.1 album.

After narrowly missing out on the top spot in last week's chart, Future Nostalgia holds a commanding lead - selling 10,185 copies, almost double that of Lewis Capaldi's Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent, which sits at No.2 on sales of 5,674.

Reigning chart-topper Calm (1,934 sales) by 5 Seconds Of Summer drops to No.12, while Thundercat's It Is What It Is is the highest new entry at No.13.

Blinding Lights by The Weeknd is all but assured of retaining its status as the UK's No.1 single, moving 50,694. Second place Roses by Saint Jhn is a considerable way back on 37,956 sales, while Drake is straight in at No.3 with Toosie Slide (37,787 sales).

Dua Lipa again has three singles in the Top 10: Physical (3-4, 28,170 sales), Don't Start Now (4-5, 26,220 sales) and Break My Heart (6-7, 18,785 sales).

You can view the full Top 40 singles and albums charts below

The Bill Withers albums are all over the place. The Ultimate Collection has gone from the top ten to nowhere in the top 100 while a live album has soared into the top forty.
After the initial progress earlier in the week, I'm guessing Mabel's Boyfriend is back down to #10 currently?
Cool from Dua could be the tune of the summer imo
The hyperbole in this thread over Little Mix is quite tiring to read. They're still way outperforming their peers and while they may potentially be past their peak, they're far from flopping. They're also still selling incredible ticket numbers. Please give it a rest so we can get back to the topic of the thread.

I think it's just an interesting discussion, don't think people are being nasty or anything.

The shutdown is going to lead to a big impact by the usual GHs collection in the yearly album chart no doubt.(the usually do well anyway)!

Can see 'Blinding Lights' having its biggest sales yet this week!

9 Ed Sheeran - No.6 Collaborations Project

10 Ed Sheeran - ÷

Do British really like to listen to Ed that much while being locked in their houses?

It's quite funny how the consensus was that All Time Low were a #1 contender in the albums and could have blocked Dua, but they're actually gonna miss the top 20.
