I can see why Taylor us doing well it is an apt song in the current climate just dont see it doing anything chart wise which is a shame

I doubt UB40 will come close to the charts tbh - I’m guessing their streams will be next to nothing and as we’ve seen in recent weeks we’ve had tracks go Top 3 on iTunes and miss out on the official charts.

Aren't "UB40 featuring Ali Campbell & Astro" technically a separate entity to UB40 due to who owns the name? I think I remember reading something like that.

Michael Ball has shown signs of flagging today but surely its 78% lead over The Weeknd should be enough to guarantee No1 on Friday?

Michael Ball expanded his lead over The Weeknd in today's mids, I think he's pretty much locked in for #1 now. YNWA only needs another 20k sales in 3 days to match what The Weeknd did last week (which it should do easily as it did 10k yesterday alone), and The Weeknd himself is significantly down from this stage last week in the mids (I think there's more data missing this week but even so his sales are clearly going down again now).

 

These kind of huge charity singles often have sales boosts throughout the week so I'd expect a late surge for it tomorrow/Thursday, not that it'll even need one but it could push its sales close to/over 100k if it does happen.
