Tik Tok is genuinely responsible for 90% of all the songs I dislike in the chart, please can it die.

Lockdown is going to make people use Tik Tok even more than they naturally would have tbh.

This City is something Ed Sheeran would have released easily. :D

Biography

As a member of the British boy band One Direction, Harry Styles topped the charts, toured the world, and sold millions of albums before going solo in 2016. Reflecting the influence of childhood favorites Queen, Elton John, and the Beatles, Styles' solo material took a more serious and rock-based approach, while still delivering the pop sound his faithful fans desired. His self-titled album debut appeared in 2017 and debuted at the top of the U.S. album charts. Later that year, he made his movie debut in the Oscar-winning epic Dunkirk, which topped American box offices, making Styles the first British artist to secure a number one debut single, album, and film in the same year. His sophomore album Fine Line arrived in 2019. - iTunes

ALBUMS

1 Dua Lipa - Future Nostalgia

2 Lewis Capaldi - Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent

3 Drake - Dark Lane Demo Tapes

4 Hayley Williams - Petals for Armor

5 D-Day Darlings - I'll Remember You

Well thankfully the only #1 it's been responsible so far I like :D

(and didn't people say the same about Vine and that didn't hang around for long)

This seems to be more ubiquitous than Vine and It’s popularity, I guess, has been spurred on because of lockdown, so maybe once normality resumes people will use TikTok less and thus it will have less of an affect on the charts...

Dua Lipa got that shameful record :P
Falling is sounding great. Watermelon Sugar is being sent U.S radio and has a music video coming out soon- is the same for the former happening in the U.K.?

Bittersweet moment for Dua Lipa here; I wonder what the sales are and how close it is to Blossoms?
Is that Hayley album a major underperformance then or was it not expected to light up the charts? I thought the Paramore fanbase would make it a healthier debut than that
Adore You swerving ACR and re-entering the top 20 :cheeseblock: certified platinum today too *.*

Surprised Hayley & D-Day Darlings both fell out of the top 5 in the end, though I wasn't paying too much attention to the midweeks after Tuesday.

My word, Adore You will be joining Someone You Loved & Dance Monkey in number of chart plays soon :')
