May 19, 20205 yr Lewis seems to be on track to out do Duas last week sales. Ya I think the same and I'd prefer lewis to have that record instead of dua lipa. Really close from positions 2-5 in the singles. Edited May 19, 20205 yr by Feel_The_Fever
May 19, 20205 yr with Lewis, it always depends if he goes the extra mile and begs his fans on social media to buy :)
May 19, 20205 yr That’s actually very disappointing from Charli, I really expected her to debut top 10 especially considering how poor sales are. I imagine the 1975 v KSI will be incredibly close next week so at least we should get a top two of over 15,000 sales next week!
May 19, 20205 yr Charli XCX down to #21 is sad. Katy Perry is stable just moving down 3 places from yesterday to #27 Hoping for WS by Harry Styles to climb back into the chart in the next few weeks.
May 19, 20205 yr Hoping Katy can hold onto the top 40, the Spotify boost today hopefully man she won't fall too hard in the other midweeks Breaking Me and Don't Need Love top 20! They would be great additions to the top 10 if they manage to get that high

I don't expect it to be close at all The last album by The 1975 did 50K on week 1... the one before that opened with 58K... so I'd expect high sales, 30K minimum, they have a dedicated fanbase so they don't need random supermarket sales like Dua Lipa KSI on the other hand, like all urban albums, will sell zero physicals and there's only so many streaming points you can get...

Dua Lipa doesn’t need ‘random supermarket sales’.

I’d imagine the 1975 will win in week one but I wouldn’t be shocked if KSI spent longer on the charts. The last 1975 album went 1-33 in week two I can’t see this one falling quite as far but I think KSI will have staying power.
May 19, 20205 yr I'd expect The 1975's to be lower than last time, as only the physicals from their own store are out on release week. Record stores, HMV etc are out on June 12th. KSI also doesn't have any physicals at all.

Since when does Dua need supermarket sales!?!
May 19, 20205 yr I mean, I think everybody needs supermarket sales if they want a high-selling album :P what I assume Bjork means is that Dua's got more of a casual audience.
May 19, 20205 yr Since when does Dua need supermarket sales!?! Exactly! Bjork seems to have an issue with Dua.
May 19, 20205 yr Bonus info, don't say I don't treat you all x Dadi is #44 today :o sold 3073 copies yesterday! For comparison, In Your Eyes, which has been at #40 in both updates, sold 1364 yesterday. Currently a gap of 378 sales separates them :o
