Posted May 26, 20205 yr Hello everyone! Some of the forums on here have come up with the brilliant (and very successful) listening parties for their faves albums. So now that Spice Girls have finished their parties, we are going to be taking their Sunday evening slots! Is there enough interest in this for us to do it? It'll most likely be Sundays at about 8pm (BST). And we will be running right through her studio albums right from 'Baby One More Time' up to 'Glory'! How it works: At 8PM (BST) on Sunday evenings, we get a Spotify/Apple Music/Youtube Playlist posted in the group and we all start the album at the same time, discussing each track as they go on, discussing what we like and what we don't like about the tracks and album. Just something of an event for the forums. It'd be lovely if people who hadn't heard the albums and always wanted to could join and give us some "first time listening" experiences would be wonderful. Each track will be posted by myself, Jay or Nick F1 as we enter that track. For examples here are a couple of threads to get an idea (Ariana's is TONIGHT for 'Dangerous Woman' - so join us there if you can!) July 5, 20205 yr Author Hello everyone! 'Circus' has to be delayed through the week coz I am back at work tomorrow (I'm on a 5pm-9pm shift :drama:), ideally it'd be Monday. We're looking at a 9pm start again though, is that cool with everyone or would you prefer another day in the week?
July 5, 20205 yr Because of time zones, I can only be part of the listening parties on Saturday or Sunday. If it's from Monday until Friday, I can be available since 7pm. CDT because of work, which is basically 1am. BST (of the next day) for most of you guys, so... this is impossible. However, if you set a day through the week and I can't make it, I could do the listening on my own and share my thoughts later.
