You Spin Me Round (Like a Record). Is it OK to admit this is a great #1.

It's one of the best #1's of the 80's and the only decent song they did!

I still love you spin me right round, ya that was a great series and I always liked chantelle and pete burns (rip) was great in that series, it's so good having this trip down memory lane. I didnt like Rodman when it originally aired and tonight didnt change that.

Oh aye classic, first SAW no1 in the uk and one of the originals slow burners. It took 18 weeks I think to hit the top spot.

It got to the top 5 again following this I think!

Yeh Rodman was a bit of a weirdo, but Jody Marsh was as bad when she was drunk(not on his levels though)!

Also loved the celebrity one with Jackie Stallon!

They have an amazing discography. I have their full vinyl collection. So many underrated singles and hidden gems

I only watched two days of the BB7 rewatch (I WILL get back into it I prom) but I watched last night's on E4 and it was already iconic, Nicki didn't come across amazingly tho  Idk if Grace is a c*** or a queen lmao

I think they were just young and impressionable girls. I think Grace deflected the hate she was getting on the outside onto an easy target which was Susie at the time.

Susie really wasn't great and I don't buy this victim thing some people try to push, she was RIDICULOUSLY boring and so desperate, who pays over £4k on f***ing Kit Kat bars to get on a show, there's rumours her husband paid off production too which doesn't sit right with me too well as she hardly made the most of her experience in there.

Susie was a bore but grace throwing the water at her was a big moment when it happened. I didnt watch last night and am hoping not to tonight or tomorrow so I can have 3 back to back episodes to watch Saturday night so I can enjoy a mini big brother marathon.

Even though her existence inspired the most iconic BB moment, Susie was the ultimate bore and acted as if she was away for a holiday in some villa. Sad that such a great twist was spoiled by someone Veruca Salt-ing their way in and robbing someone the chance of an actual spontaneous way into the house. That’s society for you though!

It’s so odd looking back now and realising how YOUNG a lot of them were and therefore the level of immaturity. There’s definitely a lot more mean girls moments than I remembered when I first saw it but, as Jack said, a lot of it’s down to their age and being impressionable. I’ve seen a lot of comments of how nice Grace actually was outside the house and of course the nation grew to love Nikki. I can’t even imagine what the impact of ‘Get Grace Out’ would have done to me at that age, which is then perpetuated by someone from the outside having that knowledge and nominating you. The paranoia intensifies and you either crumble or fight back.

They were very young, and grace and especially nicki became more popular after the show. Nicki is just one of those eccentric personalities and I'm a big fan of hers but not a hope could I live with her but she has done really well from big brother. I was never a grace fan when it was aired but i often looked back on old clips and she had some good comments throughout her time in the house. Susie was a misfire contestant who didnt belong in big brother but her arrival gave us that iconic nicki, who is she moment that probably is the best remembered diary room rant in big brother.
Susie was also involved in another iconic moment (not of her doing tho) when Big Brother put her on hold *.*
This was the series I remember most, Summer 2006 was everything. Years later, I actually met both Glyn and Nikki on random nights out.
