'Pretty Please' should be next. I think I voted that lower than 'Boys Will Be Boys' actually.

Pretty Please is my top 3 on the album personally but I won’t reveal where it’s placed just yet! Number 9 coming this evening!

9. Future Nostalgia (7.78)

Everyone’s guesses are correct! The title track leaves us in 9th, pretty comfortably ahead of the bottom 2 though. This shares the exact same average as the song in 8th place however that scored one 11 vote so will be placed in 8th (which I will reveal in due course). Back to the song of the moment though, this is a better opener of the album than it is an actual song (similar time Welcome To New York by Taylor Swift for me) in that it sets the tone of the album perfectly but isn’t something I’d regularly revisit!

My initial reaction was...really queen? But it's grown on me and I get WHY she put it on the album as it sums up the vision of FN well. Not a highlight and can she never speak on songs again but that chorus is straight fire.

Pretty Please is already a couple of spots too high

Boys Will Be Boys is underrated! Not top half of this very strong album but it's got a brilliant sentiment and is delivered really well.

These results are going perfectly so far. I've grown to like the title track far more than I did when I first heard it but it is still inferior to all the songs still to come - even PP. :kink: The bridge and chorus kick butt!

The title track is such a grower! I couldn't stand it at first but the verses became tolerable over time and the chorus is fab.

Predicting 'Pretty Please' out next!

The title track is definitely my least favourite. Not just on this album as well across both her eras!

It’s kinda that it’s mostly spoken though I’m not keen on that style of vocals. It does work as a opener but I’d never listen to this on its own and I’d skip it on shuffle too unless I was listening to the album in it’s entirety.

I guess I understand why some people like or dislike the title track. It's very polarizing in my opinion. Either way, I hope "Pretty Please" is next.

Future Nostalgia only made sense when album came out...I pretty much adore it

Echoing Boys Will Be Boys underrated comments!!!

This has definitely grown on me since the album's release and it works really well as the opening track. But this is where I would rank it in the album still.

8. Pretty Please (7.78) (more 11s)

In 8th, separated by just one 11 score, is the sensual Julia Michaels-co-write, Pretty Please. As I have said, this is personally in my top 3 of the album so i’m disappointed to see it so low but I can understand how it’s not as in your face as others on the album and definitely did take me longer to appreciate. The production is just superb, them cow-bells, the vocals layered over the chorus, the slowing down of the vocals before each chorus- perfection for me!

The next song sees us jump up to an average of 8.94! (But what will it be?)

Pretty Please has grown! But that is where I’d rank it.

It’s a great album track but I think it’s the least likely to receive single treatment.

As for what’s 7th I hope it’s Break My Heart I think it could be Love Again though!

I seem to be the only one that likes the title track. One of my fave tracks from the album.

I utterly adore 'Pretty Please' — such a fantastic example of how minimal production can build throughout a song to something really wonderful. So smooth and sultry.
