Round 8 seen us lose another official single from the album. Rude Boy the albums biggest single, a US #1 and UK #2 exits. The track was a huge hit and still sounds huge to this day. It’s sonically different to the rest of the album as it’s very uptempo and features some very sexually suggestive lyrics. The track was pushed to be a single by Rihanna herself who believed in the track and knew it would succeed. She was right!

It got my vote last round too but I prefer everything that’s left to Rude Boy so I can’t complain at that leaving us last round.

Great top 5. I'd switch 'The Last Song' for 'Cold Case Love', but this is solid enough! (Oh and WYT could be switched for G4L too!)
