Absolutely love it - that "love is love" line is incredibly anthemic and I can already feel the concert crowds chanting it!

I really love that intro, then the breathy sighing comes in, swoon.

Love the production on this one, so uplifting and pure Kylie.

I'm enjoying it, there's nothing wrong about it, but it feels more like Into The Blue as lead single: good but not good enough and not as outstanding as Spinning Around, CGYOOMH or All The Lovers for sure. I guess Kylie needs another strong single to push non-Kylie-die-hard fans to buy the album.

I actually thought is very much like All The Lovers, that mellow anthemic number to open the era followed by a balls to the wall super Pop 2nd single. Fully on board!

That finale goes OFF! Glorious, can't wait to blast in the sun.

To recap, Kylie says the music video will be coming in the next couple of weeks and we'll be getting another single before the album release.

Beyond here for the song and the era that’s going to come - Queen Kylie delivers again

I will wait until tomorrow to download and contribute to a possible top 100 chart position.

Stream until them

Review from Idolator:

And she’s back! Kylie Minogue launches the DISCO era with a glorious banger called “Say Something.” Co-written with frequent collaborators Richard “Biff” Stannard and Ash Howes (“Love At First Sight” and many other bops), the pop icon’s latest is a sweeping mid-tempo disco moment that falls somewhere between Scissors Sisters and St. Vincent. “We’re a million miles apart, in a thousand ways,” the living legend begins the song. “Baby, you can light up the dark, like a solar-scape.” That takes us to the majestic, serotonin-raising chorus.

Music video is directed by Sophie Muller again btw, who directed 'Dancing', 'Stop Me From Falling' remix and 'Golden'. "Galactic disco" space themed.

Will also wait until tomorrow.

2 ‘versions’ to download one from the standard album and one from the deluxe. As always I know BMG don’t care about singles success it seems but I just hate they don’t even try and release it a day early and split the sales

Absolutely love this, I think for the 2nd single to promote the album it may be more chorus driven but this is a solid 8 for me
The video sounds good and seems like she will have dancers etc as she comments they had a Covid Supervisor

Say Something is such a strong song - great opener to Disco - couldn't give a stuff about chart positions for singles - pointless for Kylie.

This is about showcasing the album and giving us an amazing record.

Thanks Kylie for the music
