Alleged cast- Shannel = S1/AS1 Sonique = S2 Yara Sofia = S3/AS1 Laganja Estranja = S6 Kim Chi = S8 Kameron Michaels = S10 Asia O Hara = S10 Plastique Tiara = S11 Scarlet Envy = S11 A’Keria Davenport = S11 Heidi N Closet is said to have declined. Ops on that list anyone? I’m personally very impressed- lots of front-runners, beloved queens like Sonique, Yara and Shannel. Only queen i’m iffy on is Kameron as I didn’t like her first time round!
July 22, 20204 yr mmm... Great cast but it's missing one or two front runner names there. Nina West, Peppermint and Gigi Goode perhaps? Pearl? Jan might be asked early too. Also I'm sure they'll try to include at least one queen from the international versions. Divina de Campo, Cheryl Hole or/and maybe Jimbo (if she doesn't win CDR) spring to mind.

July 22, 20204 yr Author Yara said she was invited back for AS5 but said no as they didn’t give her enough time to prepare outfits- so she’s seems very believable
July 22, 20204 yr I feel like Rupaul needs to slow it down a bit (I know it's contractual thing but it's just too much, give us All Stars every other year)!!!
July 22, 20204 yr It is too much, but I can see what they're doing. There's no guarantee that this show will be a hit in 5 years so they're making the most of it. As a fan, it does feel over-saturated though, especially All Stars which relies on the best of the best (and those numbers are dwindling!)
July 22, 20204 yr Author I quite like that we didn’t get any Season 11 girls on AS4/AS5 like we could have which means they’ve saved some bigger names, bigger competitors for this series and future series! I think every single queen on that cast is really great and I can’t see a single one of them leaving first!

July 22, 20204 yr I agree with the comments about it becoming too much tbh. As much as it’s great to see your favourite queens come back, see the redemption arcs, etc, with this it now means it’s over half way to catching up with the main show. It’s like being an All Star means nothing now when you know they’re just gonna keep going.

There’s only actually 3 white cis queens

Laganja has never been blacklisted? IIRC she's been asked to do All Stars a few times and said yes to AS4 - but she didn't want to do a psych evaluation so then declined. It wouldn't surprise me if they ask her again for AS6. "Come on All Stars 6, let's get sickening" would be a great enterance. Asia will very likely be asked - especially as she's been doing a lot more stuff with WOWpresents/Drag Race youtube channel. The same with Kameron Michaels (Asia/Kameron had their Can Queens? segment on WOWpresents for a bit).

July 22, 20204 yr Am I the only one who thinks that cast is lowkey awful other than Kim? guess I'd be interested in Shannel and Sonique after so long but I can't see either of them doing anything more that what India did in AS5. Not saying all the queens are awful but I'm just not interested in any of them really. They really do need to slow down though! It gets tedious plus the casts just get weaker, I think if anything they should do an interntional one and have some UK, Canada, maybe even Thailand queens, if there was some kind of twist to the cast I think it'd be more interesting than them just letting virtually anyone who's done Drag Race on to fill a schedule.
