    2002 on 20th July!

A good show but I was sad about a couple songs that were skipped, particularly 'Don't Be So Hard On Yourself', my favorite from Jess!

Also I got my text read out on the show which you may have heard.

It's been announced that Mark Goodier will be the new host of Pick of the Pops! Great choice, I really associate his voice with the charts (+ Now series!)

Well that's fantastic news! He was the chart show host when I first started getting into the charts in the late 90s #old

I really wish they'd come away from the early 00s. How about 2006 or 2007 at some point please BBC

They still haven't got this message yet it seems as they'll be covering... 2001 again on the 18th. Just scrolled this thread and it at least doesn't look like a repeat one this time!

Whilst they seem to be stuck in 2000-2002 whenever they do the Noughties, that particular week is one that has never been done before for 2001. Not necessarily an iconic week chart-wise but there's a couple of songs I hope that aren't skipped.

This weeks Rewind chart from 2001 covered on POTP!

20. Emma Bunton - What Took You So Long

19. Atomic Kitten - Whole Again

18. Wheatus - Teenager Dirtbag

17. O-Town - Liquid Dreams

16. Crazy town - Butterfly
