August 8, 20204 yr Cardi got some guts going on a track with Megan....who absolutely bodies her on it. Good track tho & good to see teamup instead of all this tearing other women down stuff. Even if this is extremely calculated to be a #1 with all the stops pulled out on the sex sells visuals, lol
August 8, 20204 yr As an aside I kinda don't understand why people who ARE adults and do have sex are like. Irritated or dismissive of songs like this. This is a song about sex and it's totally upfront about it. But for what it is, it's not a bad song per se, it just has subject matter some people might choose not to listen to, and... they can just not, in that case.

Megan's flow is great, but it has to be said, Cardi has the lion's share of memorable lyrics here all to herself. Swipe your nose like a credit card / I want you to park that big Mack truck right in this little garage / I want you to touch that lil' dangly thing that swing in the back of my throat... :lol: I think her delivery is very effective in making these lyrics land. I think I'm already at the point of considering this is Cardi's best song to date. I'm sure this is going to go down as being one of the defining songs/videos of this year!

August 9, 20204 yr Sex positive is one thing but call me old and grumpy but I'm not sure this song is what early teens should be listening to or see as #1 on the charts. Can't believe they allow the explicit audio on YT. Agreed! Not sure why I'm reading everywhere that Megan owns this track. Is it 'cause she raps faster? Faster does not mean it's better. I mean of course I understand people will prefer Megan's raps, but I don't think she's overshadowing Cardi at all.
August 9, 20204 yr 15 year olds know much more about sex than what us 30 year olds knew when we were 15 ourselves. I hardly think that this is exposing them to anything they haven’t already been exposed for a long time.
