This song and video speak to me a lot.

 

As someone who has had real struggles with mental health and at times it's felt like my mind has been racing with thoughts and emotions I find hard to keep in check, it's like she has put that across in a way that I feel understood - as someone who has perhaps gone through similar stuff herself.
