I am a little nervous to how many vinyl you expect her to sell solely to a UK market. I can't see it being thousands. Maybe 1000 max? Would love to be proved wrong.

 

‘Dancing’ sold 1,700 and was sold out months before release - both of these have been on pre-order with seemingly no limit on numbers plus vinyl is growing in popularity all the time, I really don’t think 2k+ for each single is too much of a stretch?

I thought Magic would have higher sales than Say Something.

Say Something on a quieter week would have achieved a Top 75 placement.

About 88,000 YouTube views only in last 24 hours.

 

Struggling on that front sadly.

 

Surprised they haven't released a lyric video too just to get some more streams combined.

 

I guess when the Purple Disco Remix comes on Friday then the single mix will be tagged on to the Itunes, Spotify streaming etc too

Magic was just 605 sales away from 65th in chart ....

 

So if you had counted Thursday download sales plus the inevitable curious streamers/video watchers on that day then she probably could have gone higher ....

 

However she got the top 75 we wanted

Be interesting to see how far she was ahead of 76. Pleased I made that last minute purchase.

 

If she performs at BGT it’ll be great though a little strange with no single on any radio playlist.

That was close, 28 sales hueg when we consider the position she was fighting for, i would have hated 76 by 28 copies.

So pleased that she held on to the Top 75 :wub:

 

I think with a Friday release she might have made it into the Top 60 instead. I know that it's ultimately not a huge difference, but as far as I'm concerned, the higher the better. I wish her label would be brave and try out a Friday release instead.

They might try a Friday release for the next single, it would be interesting if they did a Friday release, video and physical all in one go and would it get her another top 75, I'd like if she could get 60 top 75 hits at some point.

It does make you want to get out on the dancefloor.

Something so simple but seems like a lifetime away.

‘Magic’ has been added to the Formula 1 playlist as track 2 on Spotify, Apple and Deezer and Kylie is the playlist cover. Every bit helps.

There is definitely a lot of love for Kylie and the F1 circuit lol.

 

Magic is now her 50thbl most watched YouTube video ever just going above 1.5m views worldwide but really slowing down to approx 50k a day already

 

Say Something now on 5.7m and about to overtake Crystilize up to 27th
