Smash hit.. What’s the gap between 4 and 5?

 

Roughly 200 sales. It's a shame that there was two massive new releases this week, because Sweet Melody is on 2,122 more sales than this time last week.

Ooh! That is a shame, but hopefully with the Jonathan Ross Show next weekend we can see it back in the top 3! (Although J Ross barely has any effect iirc? - but promo is promo!)

Quite sad to see it drop to 7 on iTunes after being #1 with 20% lead.

 

Still it doesn’t make much difference officially, the power of viral hits, charity singles and I’m a celeb playing clips of songs haha.

I'd WAY prefer this to be #1 ahead of the 3 songs above it.

It’s still five and three songs that’s ahead of them will begin dropping off rather quickly!

It's #5 on my feed! But yeah, everything above it has received coverage of some sort over the last 2-3 days or so!

It was at 7 for a little while earlier but I guess it’s because people watched last nights I’m a celeb just before tonight’s episode aired.

Yeah, this doesn't have much chance of going top 2 without being picked up by some international playlists I don't think. But it looks like it'll be a very long running smash, and will get to Plat before 'Break Up Song' manages!
