It’s fantastic, just as expected.

Not as good as MS.. but it’s going to take a lot to top that song for me now.. I feel like since ‘Nothing Breaks like a Heart’ she has been on a roll!

I haven't heard the leak yet but a lot of people seem to like it from what they've heard! Only 45 minutes until the song/video officially release!

Quite.. whelmed by this. It’s not bad, like at all. But the melody doesn’t really go anywhere. The hook is very “I Was Made For Lovin’ You” by Kiss. Even a melody in Dua’s verse sounds very much like it; considering the influences for this album I wouldn’t be shocked if it was intentional.

 

I’m not loving this new trend of songs under 3 minutes. a big final chorus or just a bit of fire would’ve made this worthy of the hype.

Love this also. It looks like this is getting supported on Spotify too, its the first song on Today's Hot Hits and Hot Hits Australia so far, I would imagine it will be first on Hot Hits UK later.

I would say overall I’m really happy with what they have done with this. It definitely feels like a slight step down from the brilliance of ‘Midnight Sky’ and is far away from being either of their best efforts, but it is catchy as hell, the production is wonderful and kind of gives you everything you would want from a Miley and Dua collab. Often these big name collabs can be a disappointment and this doesn’t fall victim to that.

Hot hits uk is a mess when it comes to new releases, I’d be surprised to see this debut top 20 as midnight Sky struggled to go top 20!

This is kind of basic to me not really in love with it . The video is cute I guess but it’s a bit been there done that seen it before . Kind of underwhelmed .

'I Was Made For Loving You' is one of my fave rock songs so for me that's a compliment tbh.

 

I completely agree with it not being quite on the same level as 'Midnight Sky' but I think it's great. Miley and Dua's voices work so well together on it as well. Can definitely say I'll be returning to this a lot!

not crazy about it on 1st listen, was expecting much much more

the Prisoner bit is just Miley singing Olivia Newton John's Physical but saying Prisoner instead of Physical

 

hope it's a grower
