There is just SO much potential on this album! What would be your chosen singles run?

 

For me 'POV' is the obvious 3rd with a video released the week before Christmas with a sexy Christmasy feel.

 

I'm sort of in love with the idea of ''My Hair' or Love Language' being released around Valentines day, but I feel but I don't know how well they'd perform.

 

For final single it'd have to 'Nasty' I think I'd maybe tack on a feature at that point... Not that she really needs it.

 

But I guess 'motive' is the most realistic. I'd also love to see a video for 'Just Like Magic' and it's really grown on me, 'Safety Net' is pretty too... Goodness this is hard.

and if there was a 6th, I guess I'd go with 'Motive' since it's already performed quite well.

I voted:

 

Single #3: POV - without a doubt, they would be insane not to push this with the reaction it has had so far! Maybe get a video ready for January after 34+35 and Christmas songs are done impacting. I'd rather they moved on to it now and skip over '34+35' but hopefully the video for that will make the push worthwhile.

Single #4: motive - already has a top 20 peak so not a lot to lose here either, makes sense from a commercial stand point. Plus an upbeat switch now after a ballad.

Single #5: safety net - I have no idea how this one would do, a bit more of a fantasy really, but I'd love a video and it'd certainly showcase something different.

Now that everyone is saying 'Safety Net' I feel bad for not saying it, it would work so well and like Jade I'd love a visual.

 

Maybe in the long run I'd realistic replace 'My Hair' with it... I refuse to remove 'Nasty' from my run. :lol:

i wouldn't be surprised if 'pov' gets pushed as the next single... considering its getting by on its own.

'pov' should obviously be the next single with it already taking off but my dream run would be 'safety net/love language/off the table'.

There's some good single run ideas here. I wouldn't be mad with any of them so far, I'll just be happy if she doesn't cut the era short.

3rd Single - POV the hype is there an easy late winter hit

4th Single - Motive probably one of the most radio friendly songs on the album make sense

5th Single- (not sure we will get a 5th single but either Off The Table or Safety Net for possible Grammy 2022 performance maybe ?)

 

I love Nasty but it’s quite similar to 34+35 in terms of lyric content so I think it’s one or the other .

I went for pov for third single, motive for fourth then said no to a fifth bc I’m not even sure we’ll get a fourth knowing Ariana!

 

my hair is a huge fave but I don’t see it being a single likewise love language.

 

safety next again I feel she’d not go for something of that sound after pov.

 

nasty seems like something she’d potentially release from the rest of the album.

 

I just hope we at least get pov :wub:
