That's partly it, but as I explained earlier - if you compared to other more steady songs the Kunts have shown a considerable surge tonight too.

Hopefully they end up at least in the top 10 then but they would need to keep it up all week!

conservative voice: "yeah, good on them for taking advantage of the free market"

 

protest songs generally aren't constructive no matter what? anyone and everyone should do two things with this song, a) take it as a reflection of the mood of a lot of people in the country and b) shrug it off because it's not disgusting, it's not inappropriate, it's not what's wrong with society. Sometimes when a PM is clearly out of his depth, is u-turning, acting late, ruling by what tomorrow's papers will say and costing lives because of it society should have the freedom to call him a cvnt.
