His pledge about giving up music and focusing on his new job as being a father didn't last long I see

I bet he tries to do a folklore kinda album and go all grown up and serious but not sure if he can evolve and suddenly stop writing like if he were 12, which has been his thing for the last 10 years even if he's close to 30.

He’s got so much room for manoeuvre now that he can do what he wants tbh!

I thought he said he was only going to do that following one last album (this forthcoming one that presumably will be Minus).

But we should always take any retiring from music announcement with a large lunch of salt.

I’d rather he’d release in the new year like he did with SOY and COTH

artists will always return eventually but he will be busy with fatherhood for 5 years or so!

Tbf for the sake of the music industry it’s probably a good thing they’re releasing. Throw George Ezra and maybe Adele in the mix too.
