I struggle to say more than that it's nice, it is quite Folklore which isn't a bad thing but it doesn't really go anywhere. Far better than I expected though, as said at least it feels bit more "real" and authentic than a lot of his generic trend chasing easy hit singles.

I dont love it but like it but think it will be a grower like many of his songs for me,

Id love to know what sales its on,

Pretty boring track to say the least!

Up to #3 now on Apple and #1 on iTunes - has a good chance of going #1 officially this week!

This is absolute garbage. His worst in many a year.

I'm really enjoying this - his best for me in years! Has been growing on me over the last few weeks.

the worst part of this "underperforming" (i know it's not underperformed but for ed it kinda has) is that he will probably go back to shape of you releases

And I'd happily that that over borefests like this!

Apparently he's releasing his 'first solo single in 4 years' soon according to his Instagram as if 'Afterglow' didn't happen and as if he wasn't on every f***ing radio station and TV channel in 2019 with his collaborations.

 

Looks like we'll be in for another year of him hogging up the charts with his basic ass whiney songs about how much of an outsider he is and how much he hates Hollywood and wants to go back to the streets of London.

Well it's good to know that even he doesn't acknowledge the utter tripe that was Afterglow.
