LOl it flopped cos it was a shitty song, the worst idea of a comeback ever

Whilst I agree it was an incredibly bad move for her comeback and it is a woeful song, you really overuse the word "ever" like no one I've ever seen.

Fun Rejection Fact (since we're discussing them):

Boom Clap by Charli XCX was originally meant for Hilary Duff

Also; Ed had apparently written Shape Of You for Little Mix (or had them in mind when writing it or something icr exactly - but they're connected!)

The Kid Laroi-Without You and SZA -Good time added to HH

Bieber is the cover and Anyone has been moved up just outside the top 10

Also; Ed had apparently written Shape Of You for Little Mix (or had them in mind when writing it or something icr exactly - but they're connected!)

In in an interview with the BBC, Ed said it was for Rihanna not Little Mix:

We're only six days into 2017, but those six days have been momentous if you're an Ed Sheeran fan. On New Year's Day, the singer delighted fans by tweeting a video announcing that new music would be released on January 6. On Friday, just as expected, the 25-year-old released two new tracks off his upcoming album ÷, giving fans their first taste of new music since his 2014 album X. Lovers of the Brit and his music were delighted with the new songs "Castle on the Hill" and "Shape of You," but one of those tracks was almost never released.

That's because Sheeran originally wrote "Shape of You" for Rihanna. During an interview on BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show the singer revealed that he had gone into the studio with collaborators Steve Mac and Johnny McDaid to write songs for other singers, Bustle reports. "I was like, 'This would really work for Rihanna,'" he told host Nick Grimshaw, speaking about "Shape of You." "And then I started singing lyrics like 'putting Van the Man on the jukebox' and I was like, 'Well, she’s not really going to sing that, is she?' And then we sort of decided halfway through that we were just going to make it for me." Sheeran went on to reveal that the jam her originally penned for the Barbados singer was one of the last tracks added to his album.

In in an interview with the BBC, Ed said it was for Rihanna not Little Mix:

It was originally written for Little Mix, then Rihanna.

so it started as something for Little Mix but quickly abandoned the idea, so it's not like the song was written for them

I think 'Good Days' is probably my favourite SZA song to date (excluding 'All The Stars'), happy that it is looking to be a hit! Although judging by the fact it seems to be cut out from the lyric video of the song I'm guessing Radio 1 is probably going to also cut the outro of the song out despite it being the best part of the song, would be 'bad guy' all over again. x

The Weeknd re-entering at #148 with 'Save Your Tears' following its music video release! Pleeeeeease let this still be a big hit for him.

So happy for SZA  'Good Days' is stunning and so deserving to be a bit, the lyrical content seem v fitting for today.

SZA should climb even more now that it's on HH

HH needs to add Save Your Tears, The Weeknd hasn't had a song on HH in ages

SZA also climbing on Apple, at #20 now

newies on Apple climbing:

85 NEW Bugzy Malone & Chip - Notorious

171 NEW Unknown T - WW2

238 NEW Taylor Swift - right where you left me (bonus track)

254 NEW Kings of Leon - The Bandit

256 NEW Taylor Swift - it's time to go (bonus track)

596 NEW Kings of Leon - 100,000 People

Wilbur Soot up to #48, omg at that still hanging around  and Mother Mother at #66 <3

SZA's new track is wonderful! astonishing how well it's doing given it doesn't sound like a hit at all
