March 4, 20214 yr I think my fave of the singles from 'Get To Heaven' aside from 'Distant Past' (which I assume is going straight to the last round) would be 'Spring / Sun / Winter / Dread' :thinking: ('Fortune 500' and 'Hapsburg Lippp' are great album tracks from that era as well).

Free Choice in other words, the DEATH ROUND. potentials i have in mind... so yeah a tough choice to make :magic: S/S/W/D and Regret had support earlier in the thread, as did Kemosabe which is one of their more popular tracks. MY KZ and Photoshop are both iconic early releases, or there's Desire if we want to go for another AFD single there *may* be another chance for one of these later, they'd be up against No Reptiles though so nothing guaranteed!

Uptempo Album Track The main one I'm considering here is Qwerty Finger- a buzzing high energy rocker from their debut album, which takes a wonderful turn in the second half. I saw them perform it live a few years back and it went OFF there's a couple of Get To Heaven tracks that'd fit here too, but i'm thinking of saving for those for Round 7 j8fSymv-5R8
March 7, 20214 yr Just reposting this: As a source as to what is and isn't considered "uptempo", google states that typically an uptempo track is 120 bpm. I think we'd be willing to look at anything over 100 bpm (Beyonce - Crazy In Love & Justin Timberlake - Rock Your Body both come up as roughly 100 bpm so we'll use that as a guide) If you can't be bothered to find out what would be eligible lmk and I'll source it! ^_^
March 7, 20214 yr Author Oops well that changes everything since Qwerty Finger is 92 BPM apparently :unsure: I assume that's because it slows a bit during the second half, since it starts off fast and energetic I can just save it for Round 7 though, the other potentials I have fit the bill anyway~
