The rumours were strong about him long before GaGa collaborated with him ... and on a song called Do What You Want... I still have no idea why the team didn't tell her it was a very bad idea and what the rumours were. Sigh. They really hung her out to dry this era. She was surrounded by yes men.

No, that wasn't at the top of the headlines at the time that ARTPOP was recorded, try to find a story that reports his crimes during that period and you will not find any.

He might not have been in the headlines at the time, but there had been rumours about him for YEARS (since the 90s even) before Do What U Want. I mean, he married Aaliyah when he was 27 and she was only 15... It’s strange, because I feel like everyone knew it but just didn’t properly admit it until the documentary aired.

I used to really not like this album, and I do still think a few of the tracks in the second half are complete filler, but I like it so much more than I did when it came out. I despised Jewels n’ Drugs for years but for some reason in the last few years it’s just clicked and I love it how haha, I just wish there was more Gaga on it.

Around those times he worked also with Mariah Carey, Jennifer Hudson, Jhene Aiko, Tinashe, Kelly Rowland... we cannot keep blaming those people for working with him, they know the problem and have to deal with it personally.

It's controversial but the Xtina version is missing the ablibs from R Kelly which really make the song... it was a controversial decision in 2013 for Gaga to work with R Kelly yet she did it anyway, so my opinion on the song didn't change because of the documentary because there was no new news about the situation... just less blind eyes.
