November 18, 20213 yr I don't read spoilers so looking back on this has been eye-opening. I wish I had known not to get my hopes up with Choriza and River before that double elimination! Ella's runways are f***ing hideous every week and I don't know how she gets away with it. Ella and Kitty are up there for the worst taste levels of any finalists tbh. I also think Ella winning four challenges is a testament to how poor the competition/season has been rather than her being that good.

November 18, 20213 yr Author Ella and Kitty both would not do this well in basically any other season, "if my grandmother had wheels she would have been a bike" I know but it just feels like Ella has four wins because there has been virtually no competition for her latter 3 other than Kitty herself and I would argue she deserved the girl group win the least of the four in her group. Maybe I am just biased in liking them less due to me not being a fan of this series at all, but there is no comparison if you look at say Divina, Bimini and Vivienne, then look at Ella and Kitty. Ella is fine but, and I've said this lots of times, she's almost robotically good, *just* enough to win a challenge but nothing more. Kitty to me is a Cheryl Hole/Alyssa Edwards type who has a better track record because there has been no competition below her and Ella. I also would argue Krystal hasn't really been favoured, she was rightfully singled out for Snatch Game and her repetitive runways/general vibe. At the start yes, she didn't even remotely deserve her second win, but I think it's balanced out as she easily could have had wins for the camping design and Ball and didn't get them. They do seem oddly fixated on making her have a Violet type journey though, showing her as more warm as the weeks go on, to coincide with her doing solidly in the acting challenge after a couple of stagnant weeks. Like the others, she would not be here in basically any other season, nor does she feel like she should be a winner. I can't shake that she will though, being a fashion queen (so a different type of winner to Lawrence and Vivienne) and them giving her the storyline/journey they have done, but they could easily have given her another win to justify it at least, it's a very odd edit for a finalist let alone a winner, to me. She's done... fine for most of the season but she's never had a wow that's a winner moment or a really convincing runaway win (Victoria should have got week 1 solo and the second one was shoehorned in). She's been favoured at certain times, but again, her doing average a lot of the time has just been made to look better by lack of competition around her. Interestingly Ella I believe in terms of her performance score (which the fans use to determine a way to "scientifically" compare track records without the bias of someone being in a longer season for example) is second out of normal series participants only to Envy Peru and just above Bianca Del Rio. I know Keta Minaj from DRH is just behind Bianca, I think it's then Bimini? Ella is a just about fine competent enough winner, Kitty and Krystal I feel would be among the weakest winners for me, I'd say Kitty would arguably be the weakest :whistle:

I feel like when Kitty looks passable it's like WOW OMG STUNNING QUEEN <3 <3 <3 :lol: Kitty's winning ball looks were......... something but I guess it was a fugly ball lmao

Her melon was a good concept but the bodysuit didn't colour-match her skin and she stepped on her train a few times. I wonder how long she's done drag tbh because she said she was new to it this week.

When I was at the United Kingdolls the other night they did a whole "cheer for who you want to win" thing and when I say nobody cheered for Krystal I mean it, there were more boos if anything and that's in a huge venue :lol: maybe Glasgow just isn't a fan but I think there will be a lot of backlash if that's the case, the whole season has been geared in her favour anyway so I guess I can't be too surprised :rolleyes: Edited November 25, 20213 yr by Linds.
