Next week we will have an album battle between P!nk and Olivia Rodrigo!

 

I expect P!nk to win as it seems to be ANOTHER greatest hit but I'd love it if Olivia pulled off an upset, Olivia will smash it on streaming though.

I really think Olivia will surprise us! I think Pink will do decently but there hasnt been much hype at all and I'm not sure how excited people can really get about a live album?

I would expect twenty one pilots to be #1 next week, but just between these two I'd predict Olivia will be higher (the P!nk release is just a live album).

I see Olivia managing around 20k

'Trench' did 29.8k first week, narrowly denied #1 by the 'A Star Is Born' soundtrack (so it would have been a #1 album by today's rules). I can never predict which indie/rock acts hold up well between eras but I'd be surprised if their new album did any less than 20k minimum - also not really sure what kind of numbers to expect from Olivia but I feel like she doesn't really have enough of an established fanbase yet to compete with them?

Yeh 21 Pilots have the most established fan base.

Pink’s is a live album, I don’t even see her being a contender for the top. Olivia has had a massive year, surely she could get there on hype alone?

I think Olivia will be #2 behind 21P but could get to #1 later?

just because her singles have been huge doesnt mean OR album would be huge take Ava max for example so i revise my vote to 21P

I low-key think Olivia will win in the US. By quite a distance too. I think it'll be close over here, with TOP maybe going for a battle and reducing etc.. Maybe an exact 5SOS vs Dua situation? But I can't not see Olivia with the number 1 in the US.

Olivia will have the benefit of her top 2 songs actually counting towards her streams in the US, so I agree she is more likely to beat twenty one pilots there.

see i can't see olivia managing more than 150k in the USA and I think TOP will manage that

I was thinking it would be an easy number 1 for 21 pilots.
