Its not like Doja is a huge name, Kiss Me More is the only song that has done well straight away so for a promo single to go Top 50 is good going I would say!

Streets is a bop!

You don't even have to go back that far to find another example of a Bieber feature not charting. He had a feature on Jaden's album in late August 2020 which didn't chart at all. That has no bearing on the size of his fanbase which was still demonstrably huge as we saw from how well his actual album did. There just simply isn't any artist whose mere name being present on a song guarantees it to be a hit regardless of the context around it. The closest we have to that is probably Drake and even then he still has occasional features that don't chart at all (most recently 'Talk To Me' by Drakeo The Ruler).
