How.. just how does DNA have as many votes as it does?! It's really bizarre and so undeserved.

Good to see I might not be stuck voting for 'Shout Out To My Ex' for as long as I thought I might be!

 

'Woman Like Me' would have been on the chopping block for me not long after that anyway so not too upset at that being in the lead ~

'Bounce Back' wasn't a very good song, especially coming after the 2 lacklustre 'LM5' singles. Easily one of their worst singles to date, they should have just went with 'Wasabi' instead of this forgettable track.

 

For this round gonna go with 'Woman Like Me' - Never really connected with this, not as iconic as their previous lead singles, even the girls themselves didn't like it, although I may be in the minority here, but don't think 'Strip' would have been any better as that was a bit too try hard & that was the problem with LM5, there weren't many standout moments on there (apart from 'Wasabi', 'The Cure' & 'Monster In Me'). As follow up singles of course.

 

Thankfully the girls got back on track with the 'Confetti' album & fantastic singles, ending their 2 year slump in 2018/2019 with a run of lacklustre singles that ended in 2020 when they started making great songs again.

Woman Like Me, it's decent enough but definitely one of their weakest moments in the singles discography.

This isn’t so close anymore.

I'm playing the Glory Days album at work... I feel like it's such a good Summer album and SOTME sounds absolutely incred knowing it's a warm day outside!
