I think he’ll be No.1 but on far lower sales than he’s used to with a lead single, under 100k.

As long as it’s better than Afterglow I’ll be satisfied..😂

A lot of his music has been a bit dull recently I prefer some of his older hits like ‘castle on the hill’ and ‘gallway girl’ but we’ll soon find out how his new one is!

100k is a very tough bar to clear in the current market environment to be fair!

Do you guys think that Kiss Me More will ever reach a new peak?

It will once SYT f***s off back to ACR

Save Your Tears might still be on zero decline as its sales decreased by slightly less than the market last week. Kiss Me More must be on DCL-1, so it could actually go to ACR as Doja’s album comes out in another case of bad timing.

So it doesn’t look good for KMM to get to No 2, but I’d rather it was a record breaking #3 anyway.

It would take an Olivia style performing single with 1m plus streams for 3-4 days which I guess with Ed and with a big first promo weekend is possible but as ‘Afterglow’ shows it depends on the song!

Great that the top two of good 4 u and Save Your Tears is on course to continue! Also RSD putting Meteora back in the album chart

I'm hoping and thinking NO. :w00t:

Tom Zanetti to overtake Lorde in the next update please! :cheer:

I reckon even Ed knows it's gonna be hard for him to do >100K, thats why he delayed the single to avoid Olivia

Doing >100K is extremely difficult right now, even super popular tracks like Montero or Body didn't come close...

I'm sure Doja be mortified.

When Body first went #1 it sold 80,000+ I would consider that as close.

really? personally 80k is ok but is not close to 100K :D
The Official Charts Midweek Sales Flash is in, and Eurovision winners Maneskin are heading for the singles Top 10.

The Italian rock band, whose winning track Zitti E Buoni peaked at No.17 in the UK following last month's triumph, have moved 12-7 with I Wanna Be Your Slave (15,628 sales).

Sza, while the Galantis/David Guetta/Little Mix collaboration Heartbreak Anthem (18,298 sales) is up to No.5.

Back The Way We Came - Vol 1, the retrospective collection from Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, holds a comfortable lead in the albums chart, selling 24,142 units to date, well clear of Olivia Rodrigo's Sour (12,882 sales), which continues at No.2.
