Gutted for Lorde, my faveourite song of the year flopping. Thought it would be huge from the off
I would not have been shocked if Lorde had entirely missed the top 40 given the previous trajectory of her career... (I kind of foresee her becoming more of a Carly Rae Jepsen type figure in the long term, very popular within certain circles but without the mainstream success to back it up beyond one huge hit and 2 or 3 other moderately big hits)
Plus the football downloading will only start today in earnest

The 2 new ones released on friday but ok

How is it "flopping" exactly? I don't know if you're being deliberately obtuse with that statement.

Looking at the trajectory of most of Lorde's previous singles this is doing very well.

I'm not really surprised, their last album peaked at #12, the only hit form this one is Memories which was two years ago now

A comedown for Joe Bonamassa - reduced to playing gigs in an office supply shop.

:D

Although I presume the Ryman in question is the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee - saw Queens of the Stone Age at the same venue.

Interesting that NGHFB's Best Of... is #1 at the moment, quite surprising to see a non-legacy GH release reaching those heights, although of course I imagine it's a low sales situation.

Im looking forward to seeing what Noel Gallaghers sales are like, delighted for Jessie Ware to be so high with the new edition, i hop eit can stay top 10, im expecting Polo G to overtake Jessie and Garbage, likeiwse i hope Marina can stay top 10. Maroon 5 isnt a huge surprise as the last album didnt do great either.
Hoping Garbage can stay top 5, top 10 for Jessie Ware and Marina would be great also, are they likely to stay top 10? Can't imagine Marina holding on sadly.

Their last studio album in 2017 sold over 70k, so I'm not too surprised!

Maneskin sneaking in at 98 with Beggin', hope that holds on (preferably a bit higher too!)

Måneskin up to #8!

Coming to beat these Eurovision peaks:

Måns Zelmerlöw - Heroes (#11) [2015]

The Common Linnets - Calm After The Storm (#9) [2014]

So you’d have to go back to Loreen - Euphoria (#3) from 2012. Smashing it! (+ with this not even being their entry *.*)

Ooh nice, if only it wasn’t on ACR!
