Quite an remarkable longevity there for Bruce.

“Inept Cabbage Head” is going to follow Bruce around for the rest of his career if he does continue managing, really shouldn’t have mentioned that, even if it was really said to him.
They're gonna get a very underwhelming manager in whoever they get. They're deep in a relegation battle and none of those names scream out to me as relegation battlers. Honestly think they would be better just getting an interim manager in until the end of the season and assessing things in the summer. Think I read that they don't have their football hierarchy set up properly and usually in the early days of new owners, this is where they can be very il-advised and make some terrible decisions.
They could definitely do worse than Eddie Howe. Very well accomplished with relegation battles (ok he did lose one yes) and not the prima donna manager that's gonna kick up a fuss if they don't immediately start winning.

Newcastle United's new owners have held talks with former Roma manager Paulo Fonseca as they continue their search for Steve Bruce's replacement.

Several candidates are being considered by the Saudi-backed consortium.

Former Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe, ex-Borussia Dortmund coach Lucien Favre and Belgium boss Roberto Martinez have all been linked with the job.

Mohamed Salah says he wants to spend the rest of his career with Liverpool.

The 29-year-old Egypt forward has scored 137 goals in 214 games for the Reds since a £34m move from Roma in 2017, including 12 goals this season.

His current Liverpool deal runs out at the end of next season.

The bottom of the table looks very ominious down there, that was a massive win for Watford as their upcoming schedule is brutal. Leeds are lucky there's probably 3 worse teams than them, although if Raphinina is out for a while I'd be worried!

Very impressive turnaround for Watford to win 5-2 away after being behind.

The state of this Man City away kit..... how can you wear a shirt like that when your opponents are also wearing blue?

He certainly did, 133 minutes in sub appearances, returns to Everton and scores a hat-trick.

I always thought he was decent!

Norwich where is their midfield like?
