I like it too, it’s quite immediate and catchy, but I get the comments that it sounds amateur. Not that she can probably manage an English language hit anymore but this doesn’t strike me as having any hope of being even a small one.

It's quite underproduced for me, it has potential to explode at the chorus but it doesn't happen =\ hopefully a good remix will do it the justice it deserves.

Oops this is not it! Sounds quite tinny and nothing really changes once you've heard the first chorus and verse :( I suppose the melody is kinda catchy but in a throwback to the 2010-2011 pop sound rather than something that would be successful these days. Shame as Shakira really could be one of the world's biggest popstars with the hold she has internationally but she's just not consistent with her output at all.

I have to echo this. I've recently gone through her discography and this just sounds... embarrassing in comparison. Really not up to par with the rest of her output, at all.

 

I was secretly hoping she'd take advantage of the current pop-rock "revival" and returned to her roots of "Estoy Aqui", "Ciega, Sordomuda" or even "Don't Bother" so whatever this is, is extremely disappointing.

Well... I like it :lol: It takes me right back to 2009-12, an era of very basic yet enjoyable bops... which I'm filing this song under. It isn't an artistic moment by any means, but as something cute and catchy for the summer, I'm on board.

 

The video! *.* Predictably she looks amazing. Queen of surfing! The dancing does seem targeted at TikTok, will be interesting if it catches on in that way.

I would absolutely love this song if it wasn’t for that random EDM beat in the chorus. It feels like it was made for those Tik Tok videos you see of someone sitting still and straight-faced with the rapidly changing colour background. It’s pretty jarring and makes the song feel like a parody. It’s a shame because I love her voice (especially the verses) in this and the lyrics do something to me!!

Wow what a stomper. I literally went 'woah' when that bridge and chorus came in *.*

 

I know it is a basic ass dance-pop song but I think it's unlike Shakira to make something like this is what's taking everyone by surprise?

yeah absolutely love this. the tin can production is actually v endearing to me 👀. it’s goofy but extremely catchy and something i can see myself going back to a LOT.

I know this song is already dead but I really hope this remix can breathe some life into it. It's so good!
