so it looks like Three Lions chances of making official number one again this week have just sunk to Zero.

Yup, football songs to begin their rapid exodus any moment now. Coming for a few bittersweet moments in the chart show on Friday as I'm sure the top few football songs will still have done enough over these last three days to remain pretty comfortably in the chart.

Chart show will prob skip the tracks that manage to stay in.

Not out of the question that Three Lions will have done enough to stay top 10 tho so that might not be skipped. Also Sweet Caroline and Southgate You’re The One are new/re-entries so would also definitely get a play if they managed to stay in

Three lions will probably have done enough to stay top 20 I think, remember it’s on acr and will have very low streams between now and friday. Sweet Caroline and atomic kitten will both scrape top 40 I reckon and that will be it, think the rest will drop out.

Yeah it will be like the chart after Christmas with the Christmas songs still in it that few want to hear now the big day's over!

I dont think they will. That would be very unpopular move considering England got go the final.

I would expect them to skip them tbh, the fair assumption is that the audience won't want to hear them now its so bittersweet.

looks like everyone is sadder about AK not going top 10 than about England losing the EU cup

 

well at least Ak are still on HH, guess the track might be removed later today... :/

I wonder what sort of figures Three Lions is gonna do on Spotify. I’m expecting around 1.2mil

I think we will see some massive streaming numbers for football tracks - everywhere I went yesterday people seemed to be playing/streaming them :cheer:
