Oh I had wondered when this would surface so I'm glad it has

Tune of the Week for Arielle Free. They previously featured on the BBC Introducing part of the Radio 1 playlist in 2020. This could very well see them make the main playlist.

And just like that, psychic me has predicted fact, this has been added to Radio 1's daytime playlist today.

I really like this tune as you might expect!

Listening to it more though it does sound a bit like its been specifically designed to become popular on TikTok though!

If anyone wants a listen on BBC Sounds they played it on Radio 1 on 01.10 at 2:24am.

 

I prefer ATF but it’s a similar vibe and repeats “hungry” many many many times.

I doubt this will be a hit

After an artist releases a song and it becomes huge the follow up always ends up doing nothing

It's catchy but the problem I have with the full version is I cannot understand what the vocalist is singing about except for the chorus "I'm hungry hungry hungry" and I still can't after listening to it twice more.
