We're not doing the Taylor debate again in here tyvm

Do we have any info on where the highest starred out Adele track would be charting if included?

#4 :magic:

That Silk Sonic song taking quite a tumble already down to 20 - thought that was going to be massive. Not that I'm complaining.

It rose due to the album release last week!

Oop I doubt it will still be that high by Friday but if it were it would break a record I believe. IIRC Remember The Name by Ed Sheeran/Eminem/50 Cent currently holds the record for the highest would-be charter under the three track rule at #5.

Assuming you mean #5 given that 'I Drink Wine' is at #4?

Rather randomly the Ed Sheeran signed Shivers CDs that went missing back in September have now started arriving with the buyers. I wonder where these counted at the time or could they be added on this week?
Chances are they might remain in the top 10 despite being on ACR lol

That would mean 'Bad Habits' gets at least 23 weeks top 10 which would beat his previous best of 22 for "Shape of You".

Leona not even in the top 100 in the first update.

And there was me thinking her vinyl was selling decently enough for the album to re-enter.

Damn Ed Sheeran, was hoping Adele would manage the top 3. Hopefully "Oh My God" will stabilise/increase in streams and stay safe at #2. I assume "I Drink Wine" will stay as her 3rd track come Friday.

I'm hoping the ITV boost will be more so felt in tomorrow's update (if there is one) with her songs/album gaining a lot.

I'm surprised at Leona as well, was expecting that to enter somewhere around 20 - 30. Mind you, with so many vinyl releases atm, I decided not to shell out on it yet (Dollys christmas vinyl was available for 9 pounds earlier this year, so I'm hoping this gets a similar reduction).

'Shivers' looks like it'll definitely still be top 10 on ACR, 'Bad Habits' is a little more borderline. (It appears it would have been just scraping inside the top 10 on last week's chart with ACR applied, assuming it is still selling at least a few hundred pure sales per week).
So satisfying seeing Taylor Swift drop like a stone. I guess she could always find some fake signed CDs in her basement.

Well done, Adele. It's great to see REAL sales.

Considering that Taylor just have dethroned Adele and has returned to be the most streamed artists WW only after her album release I guess that she is quite well

The pure spite from some members on here towards acts like Taylor and Ed is just ridiculous. Honestly some people need to get a life, who would waste their time actually wanting people to fail, getting glee out of it or getting mad when they succeed instead.

It's one thing to have an opinion it's another to actually act like a troll constantly and it is booooring reading the same crap over and over.

More on topic, great sales for Adele! I was really hoping James Blunt would go top 5 hope he holds onto top 10 think I am going to buy this album he has some really lovely songs and his last album was really decent. Also need to give the Robert Plant and Alison Kraus one a listen Rising Sands was excellent.

THIS!

The way Taylor still has some chart fans pressed, truly an icon.
I can’t believe I’ve come on here to see how Adele is doing and I’m seeing the same s**t being being written again. Different week, same s**t. Boring. Misinformed. Not factual. Reeks with misogyny. Get a life.
not that the Taylor Swift stans on here would agree, they're silent this week though with her dropping like a stone hahaha

No, everyone is just super tired of any mention of Taylor there you are knocking her again - really odd/unhealthy obsession.

Another week of the top 5 clearing 20k is good to see.

Oasis look strong for #2 but guessing Ed may be #3 by end of the week and ABBA #4?

And Taylor I can see climbing as well but she hasn’t dropped that much really with it mostly being new entries ahead of her possibly can see her at around #7 by end of week. Kinda shocked at D Block Europe being top ten in albums too guessing that’s mostly from streams but I thought a Q4 release for them would’ve seen them debut at like #15 or so.

Expecting Adele’s past albums to rise in the next update too! Actually quite an exciting week I posted earlier that I didn’t realise there were so many other new entries this week but it just goes to show when Adele releases it totally takes over from everything else!

Looking at the mid week sales from this week Little Mix may have actually peaked higher this week than last week if they released this week  they’ve also held up quite well too and with it being a Greatest Hits album I can see it forever staying top 75 due to streams from their back catalogue.

Taylor's drop isn't that bad? It's a normal drop given she has 7 new releases ahead of her and will likely climb back up a couple of spots during the week. Her fans would have bought a lot of copies last week, as with most acts - there's nothing suspicious about it.
