I thought Debbie McGee for Chandelier but I’m intrigued because I feel they were doing what Sophie did last series and tried to disguise their voice so it sounded worse than they really are.

I feel we may see another big name first out contestant so it’s looking possible Chandelier may be the one who’s unmasked at the end!

 

I don’t think anyone really wowed tonight though so I’m hoping there’s better vocal performances on tomorrows show.

Heather really should’ve just kept her usual voice! That second performance was so much better (but she didn’t even come to mind once of the first clues and performance so she did well to disguise her voice)

This is the first time I've watched a full epsiode, since I'm in the UK, at the moment- how bloody annoying are the judges though? Especially Rita's "look at all the scriped dumb things I say hahaha". Isn't it very 2003 to pretend a woman is not intelligent? Way to go feminism. Also very telling the audiences voted off all the female sounding voices.

 

I know it's a game show, shouldn't be taken too serious at all, but got me right on my nerves.

I’ve seen a few people say Firework sounded like Pixie but I didn’t get her at all!

 

I always thought she was tall in height as well so when they said pocket rocket she didn’t come to mind for that either.

 

I wonder if firework is also disguising their voice? Nobody from that episode immediately jumped out to me the way a few did last series I had Gabrielle and Ne-Yo guessed within around ten seconds last year.

I don’t like the audience vote in Masked Singer as I feel like it lets some great singers down, especially if they are female. It did seem odd to me that Doughnuts go through and Mushroom almost went…

Yeah I'm inclined to go with Pixie Lott for Firework too, definitely sounded a bit like her during the performance. The clues don't seem to rule her out either (so far).

 

I'm sad Heather's ended up leaving first, but she'd have been guessed immediately if she'd used her own voice (although anything's possible with this panel of judges).
