I don't know about specific threads, though probably possible with a complicated request, but I can easily find the busiest days. Which were January 8th with 1607 posts, followed by February 22nd with 1485. Can't remember what happened those days but I can see May 22nd (Eurovision) not far behind them with 1318.

 

Eurovision Final was 41 pages long this year and it's always likely to be one of the busiest yearly threads (and probably is for post-time density), but I'd guess numerous threads in the chart forum would have that beat over the course of the year. For example, the Spotify November 2021 thread is the 7th longest thread ever in the chart forum and that'd have all been within 2021.

Wow, I would've assumed Eurovision was by far the busiest posting day on Buzzjack, very surprised that it's not!

 

Looking back through the years, it's often a busy day, something that by eye (the Admin CP only lets me sort ascending and descending so I'm scrolling through and picking out the biggest numbers) is regularly in the top 10-20 days of the year, but never #1.

 

The closest I can find is 2012 (Loreenmania) but that has the 27th as the big day - the day after the final - and that's even second to another day in May, 13th May 2012. Which might have been Eurovision-related but more likely something else happened.
