Probably safe to say that Adele performance isn't resonating on nearly the same level as 'Someone Like You' then... I thought it was a pretty forgettable performance of a rather mid tier song by her standards. I wasn't exactly super blown away by Ed's performance of 'The Joker And The Queen' either (it was certainly the less interesting of his two performances lol) but it's a pretty nice song, one of the better album tracks from '=', hoping that the Taylor Swift remix should be good.

 

Interested to see what if anything will get much of a streaming boost from this.

 

'Marea (We've Lost Dancing)' has re-entered at #41, seemingly just from the short clip played during the dance act of the year award :cheeseblock: (unless there's some other reason it's resurging that I've missed)

Big opportunity lost for Adele not performing Oh My God. Guessing they are holding the world exclusive performance for the Grammys. I Drink Wine has been performed multiple times for TV now so although the performance was strong, have nothing new. Hoping to see Little Simz climb more as I found her performance one of the more exciting ones of the night.

I doubt anyone is sat on the edge of their seat waiting for a 'world exclusive' performance of a 4 month old song that hasn't been exactly a massive hit.

 

Adele's big issue this era is the quality of material just isn't good enough to make a stock Adele stood or sat their belting into a breath taking performance. I doubt an Oh my god performance will change that any time soon.
