Stereophonics sounds familiar... Have they released something before??

And cheesy Ed better not be no.1 by default with that processed slab of cheese!!!

what song is Sam Fender filming a video for/gonna be the next single?

amazing news for Griff & Sigrid

Spaceman. It's the new Eurovision track.

'Peru' really is akin to a fart in a lift.

Omfg, THIS!!!!!

What Else Can I Do has appeared at #22 in place of The Family Madrigal, so the latter must surely be on ACR as well as Bruno and Surface Pressure (#7 and 26 respectively).

I thought the three track rule only applies to artists, not to albums if the artists differ

Singles update and MW sales added.

The Family Madrigal was 100% on DCL-1 last week so it can't possibly be on ACR this week, it should only be DCL-2. I'm not sure what the deal there is.

What even is an Oochya? The album title puts me off even listening to it (although I did quite like one of the singles released from it IIRC so I'll probably give it a listen). An eighth number one album is pretty good going for them!

Hopefully What Else Can I Do entrees anyway even with the issue fixed, it's become my fave from the tracklist

Shame it seems like Griff x Sigrid will miss

Kelly said:

"Oochya is a word I wrote on the mixing desk in the studio when we were recording Dakota in 2004," he said.

"I don't know where it came from - me and recording assistant Brad used to say it to each together - it's a word that means absolutely nothing but makes you feel good saying it.

Interestingly, they originally were just going to release a Greatest Hits album this year!

Surprised Big Boy Chiller Crew is still only as low as 34 considering it's fast ascent up Spotify in the last few days. Not that I'm complaining really.

Aw at Griffrid falling loads too. Will remain with their non top 40 peak then despite that physical boost :( great to see 'The Motto' up to 15. Please stay there.

I was a little worried about the sales of Stereophonics when I saw they were outselling Marillion 2:1, thinking that meant they were underperforming. Turns out Marillion are just doing extremely well, already outselling the 10,072 of their last album in 2016. Stereophonics are pretty much in line with the Monday sales of their last album, which were 22,037.
Adele oh my god did drop acr

Yes, yuge flop. Shoulda released Can I ... Get (A Hit)? But she's no Ed Sheeran, so even that wasn't a guaranteed hit.
