I only know less than 10 songs on it. How long do you think these can continue? Surely the end is nigh.

why the Mark Owen flop song? That so random
"Go" is becoming this years SYT. No need for the unnecessary inclusion as they already included it on 111. If they were so eager to include it, they should’ve included the Russ Millions remix which is an entirely different song
Yes, you already covered all of those talking points in your last two posts about that song

Sam Smith is probably why they were eager to include it though.

Erm, I never said anything else about "Go" becoming this years SYT. I said what they are doing with "Go" this year, they did with SYT last year by including both versions on separate volumes

Anyway… the less said about Now 112 the better.

For comparison, here is an incomplete list of the most notable casualties who were denied a place on this volume;

Harry Styles – As It Was

Fireboy DML & Ed Sheeran – Peru

Dave – Starlight

Ed Sheeran feat. Lil Baby – 2step

Kate Bush – Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)

Joel Corry, David Guetta & Bryson Tiller – What Would You Do?

Vibe Chemistry feat. Songer, Mr Traumatik, Devilman & OneDa – Balling

Wilkinson & Issey Cross – Used To This

ArrDee – Come & Go

Dove Cameron – Boyfriend

Leah Kate – 10 Things I Hate About You

Tate McRae – what would u do?

Wet Leg – Chaise Longue

Tom Walker – Serotonin

Clean Bandit feat. A75 – Everything But You

Alesso feat. Zara Larsson – Words

Disclosure & RAYE – Waterfall

Jax Jones & Martin Solveig present Europa feat. GRACEY – Lonely Heart

MK & Paul Woolford feat. Majid Jordan – Teardrops

Jonas Blue & Julian Perretta – Perfect Melody

PinkPanthress feat. WILLOW – Where you are

Charlie XCX – Used To Know Me

Megan Thee Stallion & Dua Lipa – Sweetest Pie

Tyga & Doja Cat – Freaky Deaky

Charlie Puth – That’s Hilarious

James Bay – Give Me The Reason

Stereophonics – Do Ya Feel My Love

5 Seconds Of Summer – Take My Hand

I think Dave has stopped licensing his songs onto compilations and as for Kate Bush, she’s already on NOW 6 and when they release NOW Yearbook 1985, she’ll most likely be on there

:mathswoman:

Great for Sam being that high as he should. Pleased to see Paolo on it too. Surprised Harry isn't featured though and 'Peru' :')

Harry and Kate could be reserved for NOW 113 since the Xmas NOWs make the most cash because it's a nice stocking filler
On amazons description, the Florence song is the edited version instead of the full version. I only agree with songs being edited if it’s to squeeze more songs onto the disc. It’s pointless editing songs and leaving a massive gap on the disc which could easily be filled
It’s the radio edit though, and Now compilations have always gone for the radio edits where they can.

There’s two versions: the edit version is 2:57 and the regular version is 3:51. It’s pointless editing a song which is under 4mins long. If the song was 5mins and they edited it by a couple of mins, fair enough. Next year, I hope that NOW 115 is released on its original release date of 21st July instead of a week later on the 28th

The nowmusic.com site is no more. It seems that it has merged into nowmusicstore.com. They need to bring back their archive website
