Well I hope you’re both right as I only want the best for him! This song (like Space Man) was written with Amy Wadge. It bugs me that he has a huge platform and used to be so invested in sharing and promoting his music and now he like… doesn’t. Oh well we shall see what happens. The good news is his tour is going well so that’s great and I expect a Strictly performance is around the corner.

Why? He said as of last week there have been 5000 pre-orders for signed album bundles including 1 from China :magic:

That is a good sign that album will open with a decent debut.

I hope it does OK for him, he seems like such a nice person and its nice seeing nice people do well. Hopefully another single will take off for him.

I critiqued the choice of follow-up singles on another thread because his EP was excellent. However, realistically I think his album will have a good debut and some of the comments are a bit unfair. I thought his European tour was optimistic but it's sold out and so are his 2 Outernet London shows w/c Nov 18. It's coming off the back of Eurovision and like someone said he has a solid fanbase and he's endearing to the general public. There were people who doubted Tom Grennan's 'Evering Road' and when it did fantastic some people still had the cheek to question how he did it.

‘All The Way Over’ out now

I can see this doing well with the right promotion especially if he performs it on Strictly.

Just heard "All The Way Over" on Radio 2. What a gorgeous song and beautiful vocal 😍
iTunes is now showing the album release date as 9th December!

I guess they want to give All The Way Over time to take off a bit.

'All The Way Over' is sounding lovely on first listen. Be nice if he bagged a CIN performance or something to help. (Although I'm not sure those even have any effect especially nowadays with streaming).
I also caught this on the radio earlier and it's definitely a step in the right direction. I had found everything post-'SPACE MAN' pretty faceless so far, but here his brilliant voice shines more again.

‘All The Way Over’

Let’s forget the last 2 singles happened and we’ll take this as the follow up to ‘Spaceman’

This is realllyyyyy good. Why were they fannying around when they were sitting on this the whole time?

I hope it's not too late and he can make something of it.

Oh great that was expected but good for him.

Sigala invited him (and Talia Mar) to Hits Live Manchester last night and I’ll tell you what Sam’s live vocals to Living Without You are significantly better than whatever Sigala did in the studio. He does not need lots of autotune.

ffs again !

hope he performs All The Way Over on strictly

He's confirmed to be performing on Strictly on Blackpool week (November 20th)

Called it

He really should have kept the original album release date then because you aren’t going to get any better promo for it than Strictly.

He's got a whole host of intimate shows and album signings booked in for his release week:

Bummer that I'm off that week but I'll be away on business when he's doing his signings at Chelmsford and Colchester - I would have gone otherwise!
