September 24, 20222 yr Author UK Tour announced for next year! She was amazing last time I saw her, will definetly try to go again. I would love to see her, but I doubt I'll be able to make it to any date, unfortunately :cry: Maybe I'll see nearer the time! Here are the dates:
September 24, 20222 yr I wasn't quite getting the hype for Talking To Yourself but it's suddenly hit for me over the last few days! Absolutely my fave so far from the era (though Western Wind is close behind, Beach House is fun but not a Carly classic x). Not here for the Emotion Side B slander in this thread, both her Side Bs are her best projects to date! I *really* hope we get some EU dates soon bc her recent setlists are SO good, it looks like she's copy-pasted my last.fm stats :lol:
September 26, 20222 yr after seeing her at Somerset House i think i can say that'll be all i need to see of her... whilst her live set and music is fun... probably feels like once you've seen her once... that's enough. Also i have a love/hate relationship with Ally Pally.
September 27, 20222 yr Got my tickets for Glasgow! :cheer: Great prices too, under £30. September 27, 20222 yr I’m waiting for her to announce the mainland European dates. But I saw her just before lockdown in 2020 and she was amazing. Defo worth grabbing a ticket if you are able to. She’s so fun and the atmosphere was really great. Plus of course the music was excellent
September 30, 20222 yr 'Western Wind' and 'Beach House' almost put me off checking this out, but I'm so glad I listened to 'Talking To Yourself'. This is the Carly I adore! Her best in quite a while for me :wub:

October 8, 20222 yr Author I think I'll need more time with The Loneliest Time (song) and I hope it proves to be a grower! If nothing else I appreciated the elements of disco. The full album has leaked today by the way, but I'll wait to hear it until it's released.

October 9, 20222 yr I am not sure how I feel about this one. Didnt grab me instantly in the same way as the three we have heard so far did. Not among my fave Carly tracks, but hopefully it will grow a wee bit
