Our niche little contest has now completed its 20th season so to commemorate the occasion we've put together the best of the best to go head to head. All 20 winners from across the different themes we've had but there can be only one ultimate winner. The contest has had many more big hits outside of these, however the playlist already has a 2 hour runtime from just these 20 songs given the average length of a winner is over 6 minutes!

 

Please revisit the songs using the Spotify / YouTube links below especially those of you who haven't participated in every contest to give all the songs a fair go.

 

As it is an informal contest there will be no penalty for non-voting, but for those of you lucky enough to have a song featured here, you may not vote for yourself. Anyone who has not had a winner is also encouraged to vote.

 

You have the best part of August to vote. Simply rank your top 10 in the usual Eurovision style format [12/10/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1] and PM me your votes.

Well that certainly limits the pool I can vote for :P

 

This is exciting though, pitting the champions against each other! Gonna be interesting to see what wins amongst the winners.

Oh wow outside of the two I've taken part in. I nearly considered The Sidh a few years ago for BJSC. Didn't realise it won one of these *.* will take part in hearing these as they should make for an interesting diversity of dance genres!

I’ll see if we can get a list of all the winning participants too, would be keen to see whose won this contest the most times, but part of me thinks it is Dobbo or Addy…

Dobbo has won the most times with four wins.

I think quite a few of these received high points from me in their original contest so definitely will be interesting to attempt to rank them.

 

Of course I'm too much of a flop to have any songs in contention myself, having attended the Club for all 20 editions without even so much as a top 3 finish, but nevermind xx

 

Am down for doing a SyncTube session for this at some point!

So, Sefa could've actually won, but his opponent was Driftmoon. Very unfortunate. :lol:
Just seen this thread! I will definitely vote as I missed most of these contests/winners, so will be very interesting to hear a list of songs deemed brilliant enough to win their respective contests!

Voted! I really missed some great winners, I scored half of these 9/10 or over, which made voting very easy for me. A couple of songs didn't click at all so I'm going to back through the archives to see if the runners up were more to my taste :o
