September 6, 20222 yr This came on shuffle for me earlier *.* I immediately loved 'Wings' back in 2012 and still think it's pretty fun even if it sounds a bit dated now. It was wild that this was covered on Glee :lol:
September 7, 20222 yr I go through stages with this song. Sometimes I don't mind it but then other times I ADORE it. It's so odd. I've never disliked or hated it, but it can border on "eh" depending on my mood. At the time though, it was EXACTLY what they needed to start the shaking off of the "X Factor Winners" tag. It's what made people realise they weren't going to be any other X Factor winner. So proud of it's success and that performance at One Love is iconic and my favourite performance of the song.
