Love that a 2024 Kylie release has achieved that - in the streaming era I never thought we’d see that in the UK or US.

It was definitely something I'll never forget/never quite believe was actually real!

Out of the Spotify top 50, not surprising as Sunday has become her lowest day

Ps. Do NOW streams count for the individual artist at all?

That’s so low! I thought there would be more interest than that.

Didn't make any playlists

Totally - but still a dreadful figure worldwide, I thought there would be curiosity streams from the fanbase and the fact it was added to a Spotify EP would help.

i dont think many will have listened to the EP of songs sadly. BMG did no promo, just left it there.

They really have done very little wokr with the remixes, thats why i think something bigger may still be coming

By ‘NOW’ are you referring to Now That’s What I Call Music albums/playlists?

Sure - every stream of the song counts towards the song, the artist, and (though not currently relevant to PP) the artist album it comes from.

I miss those daily chart and sales updates huns

I know I am being greedy but I sort of got use to them and I really miss them. How lucky were we to get those on a regular basis, I am so grateful for them but I miss them huns haha.

What week is Kylie due to go on ACR huns? Is it week 10 or week 11 it is on ACR if theres no streaming increase by that point? For example if theres a streaming increase on week 10 then then does that mean it is reset for 3 more weeks? And if theres no streaming increase on week 10 does that mean its streams are in half for week 10 or for week 11 huns?

I feel as fans we've worked our arses off getting it firstly top 30, then top 15, then top 10 for three weeks!

I can't help but feel a bit upset at the lack of Kylie herself promoting it over here though. My logically brain tells me it's all booked in around September for the album promo, but I'm still a bit sad about it, cos the track itself deserves so much more.

I do understand and agree with what you are saying hun

It would be nice to get a bit more UK promo. I am not sure what TB shows are on where she could do promo and anything she does now means she is unlikely to get the same show again in September for the album.

I do get what you are saying though hun, I still feel the song has a long chart life. Even after ACR, she will be top 40 for a good while but I know what you mean. We have all worked hard to support the song and I just hope it can re peak. Even at 7 but I am very happy with everything it has achieved. It has helped put Kylie back on the map hun.

Chin up my hun

This is week 8. If it decreases this week (week 8) and next week (week 9) then the following week (week 10) it will be on ACR regardless. It needs an increase on week 8 or week 9 to stay on SCR. After that, it needs a significant streaming increase to go back to SCR.

Forgive me if I’ve made any mistakes.

Thanks my hun

It all confuses me

So I guess if there is no streaming increase this week or next week then it is ACR. I wonder if they have any plans to try and avoid it hun?

Just Carol Honey ❤️

The absolute remix being a bit of a flop might actually benefit avoiding ACR hun as it has not really increased UK streams much

So easier to avoid ACR if we can get a small peak this week or nex4 week in streams.

So once it avoids ACR now, when it gets the 3 week extension does that mean on week 3 it is ACR or week 4 if it has not had an increase in those 3 weeks hun?

Apparently Kylie is 9 again huns

And Taylor mine drops 4 to 8 someone on SayHey said hun

But not seen any sales etc

Snatch that extra week in the Top 10 Kylie!

The Weeknd & Madge growing again

Jorja Smith i think has a feature on hers out which is streaming well

Ella Henderson & Crew top of Itunes and consistent streaming

D12 and Pakistan also a danger

Going to be close between 8-14 i think this week. Amazon is helping Kylie no doubt about it

As per promo for Kylie she probably did more in UK than expected. Last min addition to Capital Summerball, went all around the radio stations with interviews Kiss, Capital, Hits Radio etc. She is obviously building up USA stuff and probably filming nore videos over there ready to come to UK for summer and so some surprise stuff......

Surely another physical will come out, even if it is just signed CDs or a remix CD. I cant believe we are only going to get a Absolute remix and a Jax Jones Hard Trance remix, there has got to be another that will boost streaming and avoid ACR for a few more weeks, otherwise why release the 2 remixes so close together? Surely something else up their sleeve

Plus it seems to be entering a few European markets

I would love Padam not to be ACR on the week of the album release but how do you possibly make that happen?

Edited by SmileyKylie

It looks positive!

I do feel it will climb above all Taylor songs apart from ‘I Can See You’ and ‘Cruel Summer’.

But I feel it’s at risk from ‘Pakistan’ and ‘0800 Heaven’, as well as ‘Popular’.

But will hopefully stay above Harry and Jorja.

I think I would need to see sales before I could confidently say it will stay in the top 10. But fingers crossed
