October 13, 20222 yr These improv challenges are usually some of my least faves but Alison *.* It'll be interesting to see how the first comedy challenge goes down as this is a strong cast but a lot of the queens seem to be performance or look based in their strengths from what we've seen so far, this might set up who is versatile enough to go all the way!
October 13, 20222 yr The first group of the Catty Show absolutely killed it. I would have given them all the wins. Thought the runway lewk of Danny Beard is a bit meh but the improv is amazing. I'm not a fan of Le Fil's look here, but surely I was expecting Sminty Drop to be safe in the end. The lip sync was one of the weaker ones tbf. Sminty Drop got butchered in that lip sync oops. P.S.: Pixie Polite finally grew in the competition. We'd love to see it! Edited October 13, 20222 yr by uhsting
October 13, 20222 yr Honestly I didn’t really laugh that much at Danny’s team, I get that they were objectively the best and one of them had to win but I laughed more at Dakota and Peppa. Pixie was funnier than Danny for me too and should have won. I get the sense they’re setting up a little rivalry as they’re both singers who are quite funny so I feel like they will be competing for many of the same wins. I felt really bad for Baby too, like why did Ru need to tear her down and say “why are you here” basically :lol: Like that isn’t something they usually say in critiques and it’s for me not something that needs to be said. She wasn’t even THAT bad in the challenge, probably low for sure but Le Fil was way worse and it still would have been the same outcome. I actually loved Sminty way more than I expected through this season, honestly give her even a year or two to up her performance skills and transfer her buckets of charisma into comedy etc for challenges, and I think she is absolutely WALKING UK All Stars. Sadly other than an amazing runway, this was a bad week for her and she had to go based on that. Also I was living for the lipsync song *.*

October 13, 20222 yr Author Dakota was the single one I laughed the most at, but the first team were definitely overall the strongest. I did think it was a little unfair/unfortunate that they went first and possibly threw the others off. Jonbers and Peppa were stronger together than I anticipated, playing off the accents thing well. Bless Sminty's heart but after Starlet's runway didn't save her, why did you think yours would?

October 14, 20222 yr that exit though. oh my god best Sminty moment for sure. I also grew to like her this episode. it really felt like Le Fil's time but apparently not. i guess
October 14, 20222 yr Wait, you guys actually thought Dakota was the best? She didn’t even stay in character for more than 5 seconds 💀 Danny ATE that episode and effortlessly so at that. In my opinion, taking all 4 episodes into account, Danny is the best at this point. Absolutely knows his brand to a tee (as you’d expect, he’s been doing this for well over a decade, and nobody has ever done what he does better). I know it’s a lot to say this after 4 episodes but I already feel like a top 3 without Danny, Peppa and Cheddar would just feel wrong. There’s an air of professionalism mixed with entertainment and quality that just sits well ahead of the rest for me. I will miss Sminty a lot - I don’t think they’d have wanted to lose her yet, she’s great TV and that exit was ICONIC. A shoe in for a U.K. All Stars if that ever happens, for sure. Manchester icon ❤️
October 15, 20222 yr The episode was good. I thought Pixie did better than Danny and should've won - both in the challenge and on the runway. I laughed the most at Dakota though, I was not expecting her voice to be so deep and I don't think she did either. :lol: She could've had a good chance to win if she managed to stay in character the whole way through. Baby and Sminty were the right bottom 2 for me. I like Le Fil and really loved her runway look and the camp of it all :lol: Sminty's look couldn't make up for her performance in the challenge. Hoping Pixie can manage a win in the future to make up for her loss here.
October 15, 20222 yr I thought this was a good episode - the first trio was by far the best. I actually thought Danny was the one who stood out the least. On the runway though I wasn’t a massive fan of Pixie’s look (compared to others which felt elevated) I thought Dakota started off well but she lost focus (and this took her out of character). Not sure if it was the right bottom 2 but there were reasons for Baby or Le Fil to join Sminty in the bottom Alison Hammond on drag race was awesome to see
October 15, 20222 yr really quite shocked & gutted for sminty, and sad to see her go. she had a star power that eclipsed a lot of the queens who are left, but i guess she couldn't harness it for the challenges outside of her comfort zone. what an iconic departure tho lol sminty for all stars!
