Has there ever been an all Manchester final?

Apparently there hasn't been one in the FA Cup according to pundits. I remember there being a semi final between the two which we lost. I was kind of hoping we would get them again in the semi final as the risk of defeat is less painful than in the final itself and if we're going to win the FA Cup we would most likely have to play them anyway at some point.

I must have been in a coma when Chelsea and Aston Villa won FA Cup quarter final matches this season.

It's the women's FA Cup semi-finals.

Wow it's true! Quite the coincidence for Man United and Brighton to play each other in the semi finals of both cup competitions. Hopefully United win both matches.

Rashford's definitely pushed himself to be back earlier than he probably should be so I find it hard to criticise him. He really hasn't offered much so far though

The penalty shoot out was threatening to turn into a repeat of the Europa League final against Villarreal but I was relived once we won. De Gea still can't seem to save penalties but he had a good game overall and made key saves during the 120 minutes. First ever Manchester derby in an FA Cup final and hopefully it will be our 13th FA Cup victory.

A very arduous watch that but credit to us, we stifled one of the best attacks in the country. Shows what we can do with Maguire not on the pitch even without Varane & Martinez. Shaw at CB has been a revelation, kept Haaland quiet in the league game back in Jan too so maybe we play him there in the final if he stays fit.

I was fearing the worst at 90 mins because there was next to ero chance of any ET goals and that meant it was destined for pens which we have had an even worse record than the England national team in recent times. I said to my partner at the start the only way we win is if a Brighton player misses entirely as there was no chance De Gea would save any but thankfully our shooters were on form (Sabitzer YOU are lucky boy however).

Glad to have another final to look forward to and it could ultimately be down to us to stop City from matching our treble-winning achievement.

Yeh every time I watch a shootout at Wembley it seems to go on for ages 😂.

It’s interesting how big sides always win these types of games.

This season's FA Cup final on 3 June will revert to a 3pm kick-off for the first time in 12 years.

The match between Manchester United and Manchester City at Wembley was expected to begin between 16:45 and 17:30.

But London's Metropolitan Police has categorised the derby match as high risk and objected to the later kick-off times on security grounds.

It is set to be the first time the game has started at 3pm since City beat Stoke in 2011.

It might come back to bite me and if it does then so be it but I've got a good feeling about today. If United show more determination and intensity than City then we'll win. Certainly can't have an off day today and win that's for sure.
