She Pleasures Herself and Los Bitchos is probably the best back-to-back artist names I've sent *.* I expect a quirky instrumental like this will potentially bomb but that semi draw could definitely have been worse tbh! Intrigued to hear the Persephonia entry in my semi as 'Northface Demonz' by the same artist is fab. Lots of other great names peppered elsewhere too based on past form like Sidewalks and Skeletons, Seb Wildblood (I sent him to the first Chill Out edition of Club Bizarre a couple of years ago!), Skin on Skin etc.

Know and really like the Kathaldazia and Aeroche songs already <3

I already know both Kathaldazia and Mulgracia's songs this month (Lego Bricks would have been my next new entry in my personal chart if I was able to squeeze it in) and both are great!

Does indeed look a bit risky a choice looking at my semi but I do have some nations who I know love these sounds so hopefully a good omen.

Of course my entry would be allowed, since it means John is AQing hehe

My song this month is rather technical, nerdy and subtle. I love it so much, a German classic that I was introduced to a couple of months back <3

Not sure Cornelia Jakobs would have had much trouble qualifying either way! Rise is lovely, though.

FARC I've also heard and thought it sounded really good, but I've really not heard many others here so it's either an inspired bunch or I'm behind the curve this month.

Oh no, a lot of the countries I thought might be more likely to vote for my entry are in the other semi. Don’t let the curse of the semis rain down on me again!

I could recognise a couple of songs here!

Altyr Muunilinst is amazing and I think this will probably win lol. Kyriatine, République d'Áskorza, Ingermanlandia, Hushkanukia, FSR Rontvia and St. Burbia are the ones that I could immediately recognise. They are all decent pop songs.

Spotify

Note: All songs are available. However, Land of DW's entry is only available in radio edit form - this has been included in the playlist, but make sure to check the extended version as well on the

.

I hope you all enjoy a chillout classic from the 90’s with some beautiful strings.

Also @Dan, would you be able to use the full version for your playlist please.

People from a certain generation SHOULD recognise my entry this month, even if they don’t know it by name or without someone talking over it

Omg, just realised what this is! My childhood <3

First month I recycle Aeroche and they're in the other semi, typical -_- This was admittedly a cheap choice, but it's kind of dark sound that's appropriate for this time of year.

Btw if this is a fourth DNQ in a row, you're getting 23 minutes of experimental vocalisations next month, you've been warned xx

I'm threatening you to send this in the next BJSC!!!!! :D :D :D

Also I'm not sure about my entry lmao x

Saving the best for last I see *.*

4 songs this month that I'm already a big fan of and 3 of them are in my semi so tough competition for the medal spots already - early hype going to Aeroche, Bøtanikkä and, continuing a great streak of entries at the moment, Harmonica! We love to see 070 Shake making a re-appearance, interested to see how this one does compared to 'Guilty Conscience' (my gut is it won't do quite as well but hopefully still decently, inb4 it now wins). 'Cocoon' is in my top 3 of the songs from her new album <3 though I'm not sure about the music video, I don't think it quite fits the vibe of the song haha. Also sending hype to Land of DW in the other semi, although I have only heard the normal length version and I see this extended one appears to be fanmade(?) (edit: it is official but only on Bandcamp and Beatport atm and uploaded on a third party YouTube channel) so I hope it'll be worth it x I think I remember enjoying that Oklou song as well although I don't really remember it so hopefully a good rediscovery - I had her as a BJSC potential artist for a while although ended up sending one of her songs to the Pop Forum Song Contest instead.

Looks like a pretty good semi draw for a witch house entry so I have no excuse to not be extending my streak again. I'm up to 17 as of last month, I'd really love to get to 20 so I might be reining in any temptations to go for super niche entries for the next couple of contests - maybe if I do get to 20 I'll then intentionally tank myself the following contest by sending one of the couple of songs I've been holding onto but scared to enter for years :kink:

Also Dobago so close to giving us a Ghost entry, though I guess Ghost with the H was already taken as an artist name.

I was actually all set for going through the semis, so really you stole the opportunity to host without an AQ from me.
