A little re-cap of episode 2 of 'Canada vs The World'

Victoria Scone (Kim Woodburn)
Ra'Jah O'Hara (Big Freedia)


Ra'Jah & Icesis were the top 2 of the week, while Stephanie & Anita were the bottom 2 with Stephanie getting eliminated.

What do you guys think, do you agree with these results?

Really wasn't the best snatch game again :( also the reading challenge was funny for all the wrong reasons :lol:

 

Victoria commenting on the word fishy was interesting, has anyone seen Nina Bo'nina's opinion on it :lol:

Was a fun episode. The reading challenge was terrible. :lol:

 

I thought Silky should've been in the bottom over Anita. Even though the look was amazing and the flute twerking it just really fell flat. At least Anita tried to make some jokes/maybe a couple of them landed.

 

I wish they gave more screen time to Vanity - I thought she should've been in the top with Icesis & Ra'Jah. Victoria was a bit disappointing. Stephanie started off strong/promising but went downhill so fast. Not sad to see Stephanie go.

 

The runways were amazing this epsiode. Loved Victoria and Anita's in particular.

 

 

Finally got round to watching the ep! I would have put Vanity in the top 3 once again, possibly even top 2 over Ra'Jah, although the latter's runway bumped her up.

 

I thought Silky was fine and maybe she shot herself in the foot by admitting it was bad. Anita and Stephanie did certainly flop though. I might have put Victoria safe as well, the reasoning for her being Low was a bit spurious to me.

Firstly that reading challenge was ummm brutal, Anita Wigl'it rightfully won that (it wasn't very hard) & perhaps will be her only shining moment in this season. Her snatch game was highly disappointing & the bottom placements could have gone either way between her and Silky.

Ra'Jah & Icesis were the clear winners & rightfully so, (nice to see Donatella Versace done right). 2 former Snatch Game winners bombing (not the first time its happened) & Victoria Scone was also pretty bad, maybe if she had that Kim Woodburn freakout then she might have been safe at least. Stephanie Prince 2nd week in a row in the bottom & sadly yes it was her time to go & in my opinion it was way too soon for her to comeback. Also this continues that troubling trend of Asian queens falling into the bottom with Snatch Game, 'Le Fil' is a recent example of that.

The episode was still decent despite the underwhelming snatch game, the run-ways were amazing, The Celestial Bodies runway was just superb, Ra'Jah was one of my personal faves along with Stephanie, Victoria & Icesis.

Next week is the 'Ball Challenge' & predict another win for Icesis & maybe Ra'Jah or Victoria. I predict that Anita will be the next one out.

So i'm working my way through CVTW - I enjoyed the first episode, however has to be said that Icesis completely STOLE this Snatch Game. So great and effortless as well. She basically sat there and picked everyone off one by one.

 

Ra'Jah, Vanity and Rita were also good. The other 4 were kinda sh!te... Anita had some ok moments but the others; meh

 

I don't remember Victoria being as annoying as she is on this and there was little to no disctinction between Victoria out of drag, in drag and in character as Kim Woodburn - she sort of meshes all into one.

 

Silky was Silky.... S11 Silky I wasn't a fan off, however her AS6 lipsync smackdown was her peak. Its good she's got her confidence back and I liked her in episode 1, but her Snatch was poor.

 

Icesis I loved in her season, she has got even better, so its a shame how she exits later on.
