I remember thinking it was odd that it hadn’t passed Silver a couple of years ago when I last posted this list, so I’m even more suspicious now two years on. It sold 128k in 2003 and doesn’t feel that forgotten that it couldn’t achieve 72k since then.

I feel like its 2003 sales and digital era sales haven't been combined and we'll have to wait until it passes 200k digital sales - it was released on DATA at the time but it's now under NITRON on Spotify so that may have something to do with it.
